Our services are holistic in nature since we attempt to address all of our clients' needs in order to assist them in living a happier and more productive lives. Hanana Care Services was established to help persons who are homeless, at danger of becoming homeless, or who are currently staying in an institution or a group environment, such as ICF-DDs, nursing institutions, Adult Foster Care, or Board and Lodge. Homes Stabilization Services is a new Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit designed to help people with disabilities, such as mental illness and substance abuse issues, as well as seniors, find and keep housing.
Minnesota Department of Human Services has launched Housing Stabilization Services, a brand-new housing program for all qualified Minnesotans. The service is meant to provide people with disabilities with the person-centered support they need to succeed in their housing pursuits, whether that means relocating across the street, across the state, or even seeking resources to help prevent homelessness. Housing Consultation, Transition, Sustaining are the three components that make up Housing Stabilization Services.
